Hazel is an experienced and qualified coach, trainer and facilitator. She started her career in the corporate world with British Airways, providing Service Delivery Training, and now runs her own successful coaching and training practice based in Sussex.
She has a passion for developing people and helping her clients gain an insight into their unique talents and abilities. She has a warm and engaging coaching and training style, which instantly puts people at ease, whilst also achieving remarkable results.
Hazel’s enthusiasm to expand her personal and professional knowledge, has led her to study Psychology with the Open University. She is also an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and is qualified to administer many behavioural assessment tools including Myers Briggs (MBTI), Prism Behavioural Brain Mapping and RocheMartin ECR 360, an emotional intelligence indicator. She is a full member of The Association for Coaching, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), and is also a qualified Image Consultant.
